These terms govern your use of SmartKart. By using the app or website, you agree to use the service responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

Shopping Information

SmartKart provides price tracking, offer interpretation, forecasts, and recommendations for informational purposes only. Prices, availability, offers, and store policies can change without notice. Always verify final price and terms on the retailer website before purchasing.

No Purchase Guarantee

SmartKart cannot guarantee future price drops, product availability, retailer accuracy, or savings. Buy, wait, and avoid verdicts are decision aids, not financial advice.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse SmartKart to attack, overload, or bypass third-party services.
• Do not submit unsafe, private, or internal network URLs.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse service limits.

Subscriptions

SmartKart does not sell paid plans in the current beta release. If paid plans are introduced, plan limits, pricing, renewal, and cancellation terms will be shown in the app or App Store purchase flow before purchase.

Retailer Websites

SmartKart may open retailer websites so you can view products and confirm prices. Retailer purchases, returns, warranties, delivery, payments, and customer service are handled by the retailer, not SmartKart.

Service Availability

Product pages, retailer systems, and price extraction can fail or change. SmartKart may limit, delay, or skip checks to protect service reliability and comply with safety controls.

We may update these terms as SmartKart evolves. The latest version will be posted on this website.
