In-app feedback

Use Profile → Send Feedback. You can optionally include diagnostic logs to help support investigate faster.

Product tracking issues

Share the store name, product URL, and what looked incorrect: price, image, availability, or offer details.

Alerts and notifications

Check iOS notification permissions first, then contact support with the product name and expected alert.

Data deletion

Email support with "Data deletion request" in the subject. If possible, send it from the device where you use SmartKart so we can identify device-linked tracking data.
